We require a $300 deposit to reserve one of our puppies. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances with the exception of the following :
1) If a deposit is placed prior to the litter being whelped, the deposit may be refunded or transferred to another breeding if that is determined before the puppies are born. Once the puppies are whelped, all deposits are final.
2) If a deposit is placed and there are not enough puppies (or any) of the sex for which you placed your deposit , you will be given the choice to either choose an available puppy of the opposite sex from the same litter, transfer your deposit to an upcoming breeding, or have your deposit returned.
Any other circumstance is subject to review and a deposit may or may not be refunded at the discretion of Eagle’s Wing American Bulldogs. Eagle’s Wing American Bulldogs also reserves the right to return a deposit and refuse to sell a puppy to anyone.
Puppies are chosen by purchasers in the order that deposits are received. Which specific pup is available at any given time cannot be determined until all picks have been made. In other words, if we have 4 males and deposits on the 3 of those males, we will not know which male will be available until the first 3 puppies have been chosen. Puppies are generally chosen at 6-8 weeks.
